1 week holiday and eating fast food in a reasonably controlled manner. I'm glad I've not really put on much weight. I see it as a positive change in my eating habits
177.7 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
