That's all I drink besides water coffee and tea. Oh and the occasional cocktail ;-)

Lost quite a bit a lb at a time. Make sure you buy unsweetened, but may take an adjustment. I stick with unsweetened to avoid carb cravings later. I buy whatever is on sale, coconut, almond or cashew milk.

Makes a pretty good eggnog for the LCHF folks: almond milk, cream, raw egg, stevia, vanilla and a dash of nutmeg. Yum!

I've made eggnog with Eggbeaters to avoid any possible raw egg problems. Probably "not quite" as good but still satisfies the cravings.
