Am finally in the right frame of mind for weight loss. I felt hungry tonight and didn't overeat because I would rather burn fat. That is a very good place to be in.

Have another check up in six weeks and want to post some serious progress by then.

Sometimes when I'm whining to myself in my head about being hungry and wanting to eat all the stuff in my kitchen, I remind myself about poor little children who have real hunger pains and have to go to bed without dinner because they just don't have the food they truly need.
