Now that the weather is headed on a downward trend, I feel a lot more like getting out into the garden and getting my fall and winter plants started and/or in the ground. My weight is just hovering within a few ounces up or even with where I was 6 weeks ago.

I decided to work off and on all day today in the garden. An hour or so at a time while I'm also fasting. I actually really like doing my workouts fasted and do not find it difficult at all. Because of how much energy I've expended today I'm having a whey protein shake tonight with cucumber/berries/pomegranate juice fresh juiced in my Omega juicer. Mmmmmm! Something about the cucumber is so refreshing.

I'm hoping today will jump start me on my way down again. If not, I'll keep plugging away at it and eventually things will break loose. I'm also upping my fresh veggie intake and trying to lower my nuts. I really love the salty, crunchiness of nuts and that's probably one of the issues (darn it!!!)
