I'm going to be fair to myself and skip my weigh-in today.
I pretty much have a set routine and don't record my weight until about 11:30, just before my lunch.
Today, I weighed about 9:30 before going outside to mow and was once again 220 pounds.
At 11:30, after I finished mowing and raking the yard, I was down to 217 pounds.
If I use the "better" weight, tomorrow could be a real disappointment. If I use the "worse" weight, today is kind of a disappointment.
So I'm going to ignore both "officially" for today....
