Doing pretty good. I have had time to exercise the last few weeks, but with canning and gardening that it self is exercise. Will try to make the time next week to get back to treadmill.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
