Thank you, perhaps what is confusing me more is the low carb thing. With the exceptions of SB and Atkins it seems like all diet plans have too many simple carbs. I'm always surprised that the frozen foods by WW and Health Choice are mostly pasta, rice or potato. I guess common sense, moderation and adding n exercise is the perfect recipe! However, those are the exact areas I lack discipline in. So.....comes back to how badly do I want to lose the weight right? I need to take what I have learned and start applying it. Appreciated your comment, made me think a bit differently about it all.
