Good morning buddies, and TGIF!
I'm a little sore this morning from yesterday's workout, but I did a quick cardio video before work. I've brought a healthy lunch and snacks to work, and am working on my first 24 oz of water w/lemon.
I wasn't able to do as much cleaning last night... a storm caused the electricity to go out until nearly bedtime. I'll do a bit more tonight and maybe will have most of the weekend to do fun things :)
I brought my Clean Eating magazine to work so that I could make my grocery list for some of the recipes, and several ladies have taken it to make copies. I'm always glad when someone is inspired to eat a little healthier!
