I've been rotten at taking care of myself this summer. Miraculously, I weigh exactly the same as I did in April. I credit that to continuing to exercise, despite having really awful eating habits. I'm sure there's also less muscle and more fat on my body, as my pants are not fitting.
Sigh. As always, I'm my own worst enemy. Did you see anyone forcing junk food and beer down my throat this summer? Anyone who tied me to the house and didn't let me go outside to jog?
Next up, forgive myself and move on. Again.
