Well, made it 84 hours without eating. Felt really good. Never got hungry. Only ate yesterday because my son was freaking out about me not eating. Saw my CRNP today. . . she freaked out too. Ordered me to eat protein daily or drink a protein shake. I feel really lousy since eating again, but I guess I will change my program to include at least some protein and fat every day. Just enough to keep them off my back! She also ordered me to take one day a week for myself, doing nothing but what I wanted, and to stop trying to make up for the two years I lost not being able to do anything. That's going to be very HARD!
