well i was able to get to the gym today that the county opened for its employees and i can definitely tell that its been over 2 weeks since i have been to the gym. And it feels SO GOOD!!!!! I plan on doing it on the days that i go to campus for school. At least i will be doing something besides just sitting on my tail....

the gym got me off narcodics from many surgeries and fake bones and joints to me its my life now
