Day 11 - LCHF - feeling like dookie

First of all... I'm down to 191! Down 9lbs since starting LCHF and 10.6lbs since 8/8. WOOOOOOP!
Second, I feel like crap on bacon (not on toast, cuz that has carbs). Best guess is it's a combo of TOM and LCHF. I don't usually have belly issues, but boy oh boy am I have some GI issues the last two days. And I've got an OPPRESSIVE headache that will not quit. I usually get them during TOM, but I had an extremely stressful Monday and Tuesday this week. So all three of those things all rolled into one... makes DEWY displeased.

Sounds like you have a little keto flu. This is normal. A little supplementation like bullion in hot water can help with the headaches.

You need some electrolyte tune up. Sea salt, Hymolayian pink salt, boullion, or SatStick are all good. You may be low on potassium, magnesium, etc. (sp?)

I felt it on day three...headache, irritable and UGH!!! I gave up...but I am still losing weight and working out like crazy! I hope you feel better, dewy! :)

Yeah! Bin there done that (apart from the girlie bits) I can only add to the throng recommending buillon - I use Marigold Swiss Vegetable brand. Don't know what you'll get over there. Good luck. You can do it. You're doing great so far.

Keto is naturally diuretic, so keep the salt intake close to 3.5 tsp a day. Salt will wipe out the headaches. I like the Knorr chicken bouillon powder...add hot water and a tbs of butter. It's yummy! The gastro issues are part of the flushing process.
