I got 'seriously' back on track again 5 days ago. Follow Atkins, gave up my wine, and drinking plenty of water. I did not record that I was back up to 151 (did not want to admit to that number), but I am happy to report that I am down to 145.
I have Rosacea and my face is clearing up. I have IBS and my belly is feeling better. I am starting to believe that sugar really is poison and is bad for our bodies.
I am also thinking it is ok to take a break. No guilt!!! Just get back on track.
Some happy personally news, I have been a nail technician on and off for over 20 years. I will be starting a job at 2 assisted living villages doing nails for lovely elderly women and men. I am positive this job is going to be spiritually fulfilling and I can't wait for this new journey.
