This has been my diet and exercise for the last 9 weeks. I have last 24 lbs so far. I am currently deployed overseas and am getting back into my regular weight of 195 lbs and about 10% body fat. I let myself go over the last year and a half due to nursing prior deployment and training injuries. I don't suggest this diet.
