I'm sorry about your back. Rest and relax and hopefully you'll be able to resume your schedule soon. Back injuries are the worse! Feel better :)

I do a lot of lifting (setting up heavy tables, moving big stacks of chairs, etc) at work, so I probably pulled a muscle or something.
A friend of mine is big into yoga and sent me some stretches that are supposed to help pack pain, so I've been trying those. Hasn't helped much yet, but at least I feel like I'm doing *something* for it.

As Ofdwolf said, don't push and hurt yourself more. Some exercise may help, but back injuries take time to heal.

Get well soon, make sure to work out the lower back muscles when you heal up.

I'm having some of the same difficulties with my neck and upper back so i empathize. Hope you feel better soon and can get back on track.
