Twelve hour day at work and working offsite yesterday made a mess of my normal routine. Tried to run outside instead of at the gym and after dinner instead of before as normal and just couldn't complete the scheduled 28 minute run. So I did a 17 minute run and a 16 minute walk.

Next couple of weeks will be the same workwise plus college classes start back up Monday, so free time will be a lost commodity.

Strength training on the schedule for today. I'm ready to go to the gym now but alas work frowns on me leaving before my time is put in for the day.

On a plus note we had a casual Friday last week and I put on jeans for the first time in awhile and they fell off without a belt so I got to buy new smaller jeans over the weekend.

Thanks Chica but it wasn't easy LOL. But I've learned that the days I want to do it the least are the days I need to do it the most.

Great non scale victory with the jeans falling off. I didn't have to force myself to run today despite the excuses I started to make. I snapped out of it by telling myself "Hey Fatso, you had an yummy unplanned additional 510 calories for breakfast so get off your butt and do it" 3.3 miles later...DONE! Hmmn, I wonder if I will have any gas in the tank to bust out another one tonight? You will figure it out.

Goof job. You prompted me to get my 3 mile walk in. At 2:30 on a fast day and not really hungry yet. Might skip it.

Of, I'm a machine in training. The only time I ran a mile with out stopping was downhill, no joke. I am just a stubborn bulldog who doesn't quit!
