these 4 days in jbay have NOT been kind to me... wine, flying fish, pizza, chips, all kinds of baaaaaaaaaaaaad stuff... i knew it was coming... right, wagon im coming for you.... again.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't stress buddy. It's a temporary weight gain due to carb and alcohol inflammation. Drink your green tea and lots of water and in a few days it will be gone. Hang in there!
