Finally broke through! (yeah, it's only a number, but it's been a goal for a long time)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@zahra... Lol, the fs app says my daily average intake for August is 1942 kcals. It varies but its always way more than 300 kcals. I still have more to add for today.
