DAY 8...well here goes . I have once again fallen off the bloody wagon . But not for long , I am going to try the Atkins Diet but , only for 4 days out if 7 . This way I am going to be in control

Been on Atkins well kind of. Not as strictly. Doing low carb 40 to 60 carbs a day. Lost 2stone in 3 month. Plus it's easy. oh except when I'm out and about. Thank God for McDonald's chicken salads 😁
