I was out of town for 4 days, and I did not cheat once. I was a little low on water, and maybe a little one veggies, but I worked hard on making sure I didn't slip off track... I won't weigh until Monday, just to be safe.... and I am aiming for 235lbs.. that is my goal and I am going to do everything I can to reach it.
