I'm back after a really long time! I was doing OK during my pregnancy and after that I lost weight and was 70 for 3 months! It was amazing! But I have gained 7 kg in the past 3 months and I am so sad! For the past month I have cut carbs to a minimum and removed sugar from my diet but seems no luck yet! So I decided to do this in a more organized way. and Here I am!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
