The site block on my journal at work is messing with me. Journaling on an iPhone loses its inspiration about half way through because letter picking with my thumbs is just annoying. It's like a never ending text message to myself. I wonder which looks worse the multiple attempts to see my journal that has been labeled as porn or sending a never ending text message. If IT was smart they would just let me have my porn.

So far I'm struggling. I'm stuck. My stuck weight used to be 180. Now it's 206. I don't want my stuck weight to be 206. I miss working out and having pants that fit properly. I need something to pull me out of 206. I think I'm wedged. Today I'm trying to come up with ways to unstuck myself, rambling because iPhone journals suck, and debating psyllium husk pills. Maybe if I took them I wouldn't be tempted to eat so much. I wonder what they look like if you put them in a cup of water and let them dissolve. Anyone have any experience with these things?

I find that Psyllium husk powder is great, I sometimes sprinkle it on salads or other foods just because I am on atkins and at times you tend to maybe get constipated a bit....but it sure empties you... I buy the equate one at walmart, no flavor as they do have an orange flavored one...never tried it for purpose of not eating much...

My app is messing up too. I can't write a journal or comment on anyone's. Had to use the full site thru safari. Ugh. Good luck w the pills or powder never heard of them. I hope u get out of your platuea soon!!

I'm using psyllium capsules for some time now. In order to regulate my (ahem) stool... I don't like them in this form, I'd rather use the powder (read husk??) Yes they will fill you up, as they swell a lot (made a mistake dissolving in som hot water, and it was close to drinking wallpaper paste - not that I drank that before, but I've seen how it looks like....) I've not used it as a diet regulator, but for sure can see how that will fill you up. And go to the toilet (or bathroom if u like)... Guaranteed to feel lighter both way for sure.

Psyllium is just Metamucil. Soluble fiber that expands a little when you eat. Didn't curb appetite. I'm sorry your in stuck mode. Carbs are really pulling on you. I know the feeling. I hope something clicks to jump start you, I was at bottom when I finally couldn't go certain things properly because of my weight and my max was 208. I hope you find the answer. Your doc might be able to help.. Hang I there. Oh, and learn to "swype".. I use it and an on the phone logging. You don't need to hunt and peck for letters, you just run your finger across the keyboard and wala, you are swyping. Just make sure auto correct is turned off, it's horrid and usually comes on when you download. Hero logging your food,

Good luck - I was stuck for 2 years and just started losing recently after hiring a trainer to help me. The most important part was the info from the nutritionist.
