still doing 4 miles a day, although some choice of foods messing with my blood sugar and progress got a lil slower hopefully tomorrow will see 359 :)
360.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 160.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
