Last week was truly an exception. Old friend of mine had a get together, and the gf had a family reunion 3 hours away. Had a great time, but made poor dietary decisions over the last few days. Time to refocus now that I am back to my regular routine. Nice weekend though!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
