Down, Down, Down! I am officially the leanest I have ever been in my life, and I haven't even come close to my all time low of 169 lbs. which was 2 years ago. I am excited to shed the rest of this cocoon and view the metamorphosis that has occurred! Nerd in me is coming out today.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
