Losing weight is a cumulative thing. You don't always see the results of this weeks workout till next week or later. Plus, when you up your exercise, your muscles retain water to help them heal. So you may see a smaller number on the scale till your muscles lose the water and then you will see a larger number on the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight. So just keep going and track your measurements to see your results from exercise.
