Evening Ayla I am struggling right now as am awaiting a knee replacement I try and keep as mobile as possible but some days it's really difficult I had an operation on my left foot last July for arthritis and it's not gone as planned 😞 I now have to have the metal plates removed in 2 weeks as they are causing so much pain So my knee replacement is now on hold ( was having it done on 30th July ) till foot has been corrected I am still managing to lose about 1LB /2LB a week 😀 Christine

That must be so hard for you to stay motivated,last year I had damaged Achilles tendons bursitis in my hip joints and a vit d deficiency which caused bone pain, throw the menopause into the mix and I had a miserable year. It sounds like there is some difficult weeks ahead for you . Many you should swing h the focus of your diet from one of weight loss to one of maximum healthy nutrition so you cM heal quickly I think weight loss would be a natural side effect. For exercise you could do some crunches and some very light weights that would burn calories without impacting on your lower joints. X

Thank you ayla How's yours going you seem to be doing ok Mine is so slow I just want to get under the 10stone mark hopefully will do it in the next week or 2 😀😀

Hi I have had a good loss this week, I have had plenty of motivation as I had a dance show last weekend, a wedding this weekend and holiday the week after. I need to be good on holiday or I could put it all back on though. Battle on!
