What's going on here girlfriend?!! Are you going to watch all your hard work go to waste? I'm so frustrated with my lack of will power and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. Where is that switch that turns on and makes me WANT to eat healthy and exercise?

Today is a new day, the start of a long holiday weekend. These are the things I will do to get back on track.

eat a healthy breakfast
workout on the elliptical
stay away from sugar
no snacking after dinner - or at least eat a healthy choice only if we eat dinner early
drink lots of fluids
record my foods on fatsecret

I'm going to go back and read some of my journals from August 2014 and see if they won't turn that switch back on.
