I'm finding it hard to 'put pen to paper' at the moment. Ollie had to go back to the vet again on saturday. Wound infected - more antibiotic injections and anti inflamatory stuff. Back again this morning and they took the stitches out- more antibiotics. He was most indignant about being made to lie on his side and was really frightened and peed all over the vet, table, us and the floor! Considering he 'went' before we went through the door, I don't know where he got it all from. The bill was extortionate.
OH not too good. Doctor rang to say that they were unable to see much from the ultrasound and wanted him to have a CAT scan. They could see something on his liver and cysts on his kidneys and they think a tear in his bladder but couldn't see the prostate or tell what anything was. Hospital rang this morning and CAT is on Thursday. Stomach is diving up and down somewhere between throat and boots. I know I shouldn't worry until there is something to worry about......but. I hate the unknown.
I'm sorry this is such a bleugh journal and I haven't commented much.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Flaxseed. If the troubles with Ollie weren't enough ... then to worry about the unknown with OH ... I do feel for you!! At least the CAT scan is on Thursday and not weeks away, that is something to be thankful for. Please don't worry about not commenting on our journals. We all completely understand. I'm sending as much support as I can ... do the best to take care of you in the midst of all of this!!

(((((hugs))))) for you, OH and Ollie (if he promises not to pee on me)! I would be worrying, too! But hope for the best, and hopefully Thursday will come quickly. Oh, and I can totally relate to the extortionate vet bills!!! It's horrible!
