I use Biggest Loser as motivation. When I wasn't working out or watching what I would eat then I refused to watch Biggest Loser. I didn't want to feel guily for how I was living. Now I look forward to Biggest Loser each week and use it to my advantage. It helps me stay focused and keep my eye on the prize -a skinnier me!
