I can't say that my first day was 100% successful. I cleaned two houses today which I recorded as my exercise for the day. I didn't walk after work as I had planned. most of my calories were used on snacks. I was snacking because I was hungry when I got home from work. I don't have many healthy snack options in the house, but that's a problem I can solve. Since most of my calories were used early in the day, it didn't leave much for dinner. I had a salad with peanuts and a light dressing. I am now at 105% for my diet. I know for a fact that I'm going to get hungry this evening. We'll see how I manage that. I want to do this, and I will. I just need to prepare myself for success.
