Starting again with Fat Secret. Been using Myfitnesspal which is a way more user friendly app on the phone for quick input, but I like FatSecret. Goal is 25 lbs.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
