Not exercising as I should and drinking 2 pop's a week but cutting back calories and eating reasonably healthy, If I can only kick the sugar addiction!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sugar addiction is tough. I find drinking Stevia flavored drinks and sugar free Hershey chocolate and Reese's Peanut butter candies REALLY help!!! Off sugar now for over 6 mos.
