So here I go again, another diet, another attempt to be healthy. I want to succeed so badly but I just don’t know if I can. I guess joining the come what may challenge is a good first step, weighing in and writing everyday for 10 weeks will, hopefully, cement the habit and I can make this time work.

You can do it! I'm starting today too and I think that writing every day is a great start - something I haven't tried before :)
