Recovering well today from the weekend. Managed to ramp up my workout and burned about 150 more calories in my 30 minute workout than normal. Guilt can be great incentive to work harder!
One thing I really noticed...my body just doesn't like crap anymore!! Really felt like it was asking me "what the hell lady! what did you put that in me for?!"
