Brunch was shrimp with veggies, spinach and multigrain toast.


Also rode 25 minutes, 5.45 miles, burning 200 calories on the exercycle.

Dinner was fast food from Del Taco.

Off next two days so home cooked meals will be available at dinner time.

Thanks Warren, not much of a seafood guy but this was good. The spinach was so good that I went back for seconds!

I go to Mimi's here, and always get spinach. They have a online membership that gives us one free entree, so we always eat there. Great food!
