After recording what I have eaten for 3 days, I am shocked at how much sugar I eat on autopilot.

This week, I am going to try to bring my daily sugar intake down from about 250 g/day to 150 g/day. Hopefully in a few weeks, I will be able to target 75 g/day.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 February 2016:
1730 kcal Fat: 103.37g | Prot: 69.06g | Carb: 131.38g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Spinach, Olive Oil. Lunch: Trader Joe's Dried Wild Blueberries, Walnuts, Trader Joe's Organic Raw Almonds, Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, David Seeds Pumpkin Seeds. Dinner: Soft Bread Stick, Marco's Pizza Cheese Pizza (Large). Snacks/Other: Coffee. more...
