Morning wakeup.


Brunch was brown rice with tender pork chops thin cut with calabasas and tomato. Also two corn tortillas. Plus a small apple. Gotta get on that bike and ride!


Rode the exercycle for 51minutes and 40 seconds going 10 miles and burning 367 calories.

Also got a McD'S apple pie.

Dinner was a bean-cheese cup, mini bacon quesadila and a grilled chicken taco.

Snack at bedtime a spoon of peanut butter and a half glass of milk.
