welll. i dont know how I GAINED 200g. I should have lost 500g. oh well.. today Im going to eat finally. little recovery for my body. I just need to put myself together and not binge on everything I see, but I dont feel that way now.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
