Consensus between my brother(via webcam)and my girlfriend that I should lose no more weight. I happen to agree that my ideal weight now should be between 170-175 pounds with the last time being over on November 17th last year. So I have been 2 1/2 months in the range.
This morning I had grits with raisins, 3 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices whole wheat toast and a fried plantain. I did not finish all the grits, only 90 % ;-)
I am taking a day off from the exercycle per my girlfriend's thoughts earlier on my losing more weight. She thinks the bike is the main driver of the weightloss.
Knowing that and in order to lessen a blood sugar spike, I ate the meal with the strategy of minimizing it.
