Brunch was 3 chicken legs with chayote, calabasas and other veggies along with a fried banana and many cups of coffee.


Bike results in a few.
28:30 minutes, 5.48 miles, 201 calories burned on exercycle.

Back down to 170 this am.

Edit:
Dinner was Del Taco fast food- spicy jack quesadilla,bean and cheese cup, soft beef taco.
Bedtime snack was a spoon of peanut butter washed down with about half a cup of milk.
