Three fast days this week (including yesterday) and lots of eating on the other days! I started Wu Tao dancing on Tuesday (a combination of dance, shiatsu pressure points and meditation) and it's great! I've been meditating almost every day and found a great Chakra clearing meditation. I'm also trying 20 minutes of running with 6x 20 seconds intervals of running as hard as I can. Apparently 4 or more of these sessions a week will give you most of the health and lifestyle disease prevention benefits of exercise ( without losing too much time!!)the health
