Still staying the same weight. I have been pretty much on track with my eating but I'm sure stress affects the scales. I must not get discouraged and let the scale influence my eating.

Weather has been brilliant again this week although mornings and evenings have been damp and there has been an earthy smell in the air. Last week it was the back garden - this week the front. We've put up a low fence to keep the dog from running on it. Its all nicely dug and just waiting for the bulbs I'm hoping to get tomorrow. I need to buy those with short stems as the winds just blow the tall ones over. Downside to this is they are usually more expensive and I'm on an economy drive with Christmas coming up.

OH has been quite up beat for him - he's what I call a "half empty glass" type where as I am a "half full" kinda person. I have been managing to control my stress quite well this week. The stomach churning and the sudden turning over have been much less. I have to learn how to control it better all the time. In the past I would have eaten to control my feelings but that's not an option now - hey ho, I'm sure I'll find something. Perhaps I should try meditation but I'm too much of a bird brain for that I think.

You? A bird brain? NEVER!!! Glad OH has been "up beat" lately ... that certainly helps with stress!! You are doing well to maintain ... and eventually more will come off. Your gardens sound like they keep you busy!! I love that earthy smell!!
