I joined Tabata Bootcamp. It is 8 weeks long. And, I paid a bunch of money to have someone hold my hand, kick my ass and nag me about my food journal. I need it.

Cut out soda pop. I pray baby boy starts to sleep better with decaffeinated breast milk.

Vowing to log everything I eat. I'm not cutting calories substantially, but rather logging food so I can be more aware of what I'm sticking in my face.

I should update my weight here. But, frankly, it is depressing to think about how much I've gained in the 532 days since I last weighed in here. Yeah, yeah. I pushed out a 7 pound 8 ounce healthy baby boy during that time. But, I somehow weigh as much now as I weighed on the day I pushed him out.

Bleh...I hate starting over from scratch.

Okay.... I would have nagged you for free. Hope the plan works for you. About documenting weight.... no shame. It happens and sometimes it pushes us knowing we've put it out there and there's only down to look forward. Glad to see you back.

532 days?? Holy crap, I thought my 56 days was bad lol. You still have better reasons than I do, though, even if you have gained since delivery. I hope this eight week boot camp gives you the push you need to get back on that downward trend. You're a force to be reckoned with, and if we were taking bets my money would be on you!

I think you deserve a pat on the back for making both you and your baby healthier. I remember that giving birth screw up my hormones, etc. for months. Don't beat yourself up, Just stay focused on the good stuff.

The combination of chocolate protein powder, protein rich peanut butter, and a little bit of sugar free butterscotch pudding mix makes a guilt free shake that tastes exactly like a liquified butterfinger candy bar
