Changed up since I last logged in, I no longer drink soda and barely eat any carbs. I am attempting to transition to a Paleo diet and am doing reasonably well with the exception of sugar. Not too bad, I did well in 2014 and stopped 2016 I hope to be below 200, we'll see what life has in store. Many Blessings!!!!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
