Ok new year, new goals but not resolutions! Resolutions get broken, this is a lifestyle choice. It'll be tough considering how much baking/chocolates that are left in the house that only I will eat but I plan on inviting lots of people over to help me eat it. Limiting myself to one sweet a day, and one hot chocolate. Goal - lose 10-15 pounds by April
190.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
