I've struggled with my weight since childhood. I was a very-active-yet-still-chubby child but slimmed out during my middle and high school years. The day I went to college is the day I started having problems again. I let party-school atmosphere get the best of me -- lots of extra calories from beer, booze, and after-hours eating. I went from being very conscious -- even overly conscious -- of my weight to throwing all caution to the wind and eating what ever I wanted when ever I wanted.
All this came to an abrupt halt when I hit the real world and realized that my eating habits needed to change. Within the last nine months, I've made some not-so-drastic changes in my choices and lost 25 lbs without much effort. Now I'm ready to take the next step and really commit to a healthier lifestyle that will help me take off the last 10-15 lbs.
