Had a cup of coffee with caramel creamer and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. (1/2 cup of water & 1/4 cup of oatmeal, 2 tsp. of brown sugar, and 2 tsp of butter)
Lunch- one manicotti with sauce.
Dinner - spanish rice with chorizo & diced tomatoes
Might have dessert tonight, not sure. If I do it will be grasshopper cake. :)
