Ok I'm accepting any and all suggestions...I'm in second place in a weightloss challenge and know that I will not beat the 1st place person. Our final weigh-in will be next Monday. I went from losing 2-4 pounds a week to barely 1.5 pounds a week. I drink at least 100 ounces of water a day, get in my 100 grams of protein a week as directed by my weightloss coach. I need some tips for how to up my weightloss this week to ensure my 2nd place status.

Throw in some snack sized carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower... There are not enough nutrients in your current food list. YOU GO, SLIM!

ADD RED PEPPERS, VERY LITTLE SALT, INCREASE YOUR WATER, MAYBE SOME GREEK YOGURT...AN HOUR OF CARDIO 3-4 TIMES THIS WEEK OR 2-3 TIMES WITH ONE DAY OF INTERVALS (HITT)
