yesterday i went over my 1200 cals. I wonder if you exersice if you can add any extra calories. anyone know? I think i need more filling foods that aren't as high in the calorie department. time to go searching. thanks for the encouragement yesterday... def needed it!

Yes, if you exercise you can eat a little more. It can actually help with weight loss, by fueling your workouts. You just have to make sure you burn more than you take in. High fiber cereals and fruits help fill you up. If you add vegetables to eggs and a little cheese, that will also fill you up. I take celery and put some lowfat cream cheese on it and then some of Paul Newmans pineapple salsa. It's really good.
